Rates

Booking a session

Once you are ready to book your appointment, a provisional booking will be made and the payment details will be sent to you via email. We currently accept both individual bank transfers and standing orders. The appointment time will only be confirmed once you have made the prepayment and if the session is online, the zoom link will be sent to your email address ahead of the appointment time and your booking is secured.

All further appointments are to be prepaid and booked as agreed, either on a sessional basis or monthly prepaid bulk session payments.

We understand that sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. However, to avoid losing the payments made, we would need 48 hours notice of any changes (we do accept a minimum of 24 hours cancellation in exceptional circumstances).

Lateness

Appointment times are scheduled with specific start and ending times for clients to access their full 50-minute sessions.

It is the client’s responsibility to attend their sessions on time and respect the time agreed with their therapist. Although we understand lateness occurs and there are circumstances that can cause lateness that are out of our control, please make every effort to inform your therapist if you will be running late and your expected time of arrival. It is up to the therapist’s discretion on whether or not a session can be conducted when there is extreme lateness with no notification, however, under no circumstances can a session overrun as this will impact both the therapist’s administration time and other client’s appointment time.

Unfortunately, regular cancellation will result in your appointments being cancelled and we will no longer be able to offer you further appointments.
