Welcome to
Olive Branch Therapy & Wellbeing
We, at Olive Branch Therapy & Wellbeing, are dedicated to supporting people to grow stronger and healthier relationships with themselves and with others.
with your therapist as your companion to find reasons behind what you do, identify patterns and link them to the source of the unwanted behaviour.
Embark on a Journey
Change is something we experience through life; however,
Therapy is
a place where change is not a demand or a pressure; it is where you can be supported when navigating through life difficulties.
to gain support
Some people begin therapy
with an issue they are struggling with, others choose to begin a journey of self-discovery and require longer term exploration.
In both cases a client will have their therapist’s
full attention and nurturing support
to rebuild their inner resources, possibly break habits and make informed choices
to live a healthier life.
Issues we can support you with:
Abuse
Addiction
Anxiety
